Notice must be given to us of any goods not received within 10 days from the date of order stated within invoice or delivery note.
Any shortage or damage must be notified within 72 hours of receipt of goods
Complaints can only be accepted if made in writing within 30 days of receipt of good.
Refunds and returns will be reviewed individually and must be raised within 30 days of receipt of goods as stated in invoice or delivery note, to be eligible to raise a return or refund dispute your product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your product must be in the original packaging.
