KoolGrip Arctic is a winter glove that is coated twice. A full flat latex layer covers the thick, brushed 10 gauge terry acrylic liner, then a soft foam latex coating is added up to the knuckles. The manufacturer describes the finish as waterproof, windproof and dirt-proof, over a liner that keeps hands warm in cold surroundings.
