The Mavrix-5 has a 5cm reduced peak, chosen to balance shade from sunlight against the need to look upward. It is styled like a baseball cap and built around Traega's patented comfort inner shell, which can be removed for embroidery and cleaning. It is not a safety helmet and offers little or no protection from falling objects.
