The Rock Fall RF5005 Fuse Welding Metatarsal Safety Boot is engineered for extreme industrial and welding environments where maximum protection is essential. Designed with a fully non-metallic construction, this specialist welding boot delivers advanced impact, heat and penetration resistance while maintaining comfort for long shifts in demanding conditions.

Built with flame resistant full grain leather and reinforced using R-TEN flame resistant stitching, the RF5005 Fuse provides outstanding resistance to molten metal splash, sparks and welding hazards. Internal IMPACTSHIELD metatarsal protection safeguards the delicate metatarsal bones against high energy impacts, delivering up to 100 joules of force protection without compromising flexibility or comfort.

Underfoot safety is enhanced by an advanced penetration resistant midsole developed by Activ-Step, protecting against sharp objects while keeping weight to a minimum. A lightweight fibreglass safety toe cap offers 200 joules of impact protection, while remaining non-conductive and comfortable for all-day wear.

Comfort is further improved with the Activ-Step bio-based footbed, made using natural rubber and a recycled polyester sock liner, providing excellent shock absorption and reduced fatigue. The FORCE10 nitrile rubber outsole delivers exceptional durability, heat resistance up to 300°C and superior grip on ladders, steel and workshop floors.
