The navy 9931 is the non-hi-vis version of ProGARM's arc flash softshell, intended for electricians, panel shop staff and maintenance engineers who want a comfortable arc-rated jacket for everyday use. A laminated outer keeps showers and wind out while the microfleece inner adds warmth, and the garment carries an arc rating of ELIM 23 cal/cm² with ATPV 26 cal/cm².
