The Portwest T165 PW3 Hi-Vis Square Baffle Jacket is a lightweight thermal jacket designed to provide warmth, visibility and weather resistance for year round outdoor work. Its soft insulated construction and water resistant ripstop outer make it an excellent choice for workers who need comfort and mobility without the bulk of a heavy winter coat.

The jacket uses Insulatex lining which traps body heat quickly to create an effective thermal barrier. The PFAS free Texpel Splash Eco finish allows water to bead off the surface to help keep the wearer dry during light rain and damp conditions. The baffle stitch pattern keeps the insulation evenly distributed for consistent warmth across the body.

HiVisTex Pro segmented reflective tape provides enhanced visibility while allowing full movement without stiffness. The jacket includes three secure zipped pockets for storage, an elastic bound hem and cuffs for a close fit, and a chin guard for added comfort. A detachable hood offers extra weather protection when required.

Certified to EN ISO 20471 after twenty five washes and compliant with RIS 3279 TOM in the orange version, this high visibility jacket is suitable for construction, rail, utilities and general outdoor work where warmth, visibility and freedom of movement are essential.
