This FR (flame resistant) coverall gets its protection from the fabric itself rather than from a finish applied afterwards. Its main fibre is modacrylic, which is inherently flame retardant, hard to ignite and self-extinguishing. It is a work coverall for people who face flame hazards in their jobs.
