The Portwest DX438 DX4 Hi-Vis Winter Coverall is a premium cold-weather coverall designed for workers who need maximum warmth, visibility and mobility in harsh winter environments. Built with dynamic stretch waterproof fabric, reinforced seams and advanced thermal insulation, it delivers exceptional all-day comfort and serious protection against the elements.

Using Insulatex™ Pro padding, the DX438 offers high-performance warmth without the bulk, keeping the wearer insulated in conditions as low as -40°C (EN 342 certified). The waterproof 150D stretch polyester shell, fully taped seams and Texpel™ Splash Eco finish provide Class 4 waterproof protection with rain beading cleanly off the surface, ideal for outdoor construction, rail (orange only), civils, utilities and winter maintenance roles.

Designed for movement, this coverall includes articulated sleeves, a gusseted crotch, two-tier knee pad pockets, and a side-elasticated waist for a comfortable, ergonomic fit. Extra-long side leg zips allow the coverall to be pulled on over boots with ease. The brushed microfleece collar adds warmth, while the storm flap, internal chin guard and no shoulder-seam construction maximise waterproof performance.

The DX438 is packed with practical storage including zipped chest pockets, a tape pocket, double rule pocket, secure side pockets and an inner chest pocket. Lightweight HiVisTex Pro segmented reflective tape ensures visibility without restricting flexibility or movement.
