The Portwest DX437 DX4 Hi-Vis Class 1 Winter Bib and Brace is a high-performance cold-weather solution designed for workers who need maximum warmth, durability and mobility in extreme outdoor conditions. Built from stretch, breathable and waterproof fabric with a 150D outer shell, this bib and brace delivers outstanding comfort and superior weather protection for winter construction, rail (orange only), utilities, civils and outdoor maintenance work.

Using Insulatex™ Pro thermal padding, the DX437 provides serious warmth without bulk, supporting effortless movement even in temperatures as low as -40°C (EN 342 certified). Fully taped seams, waterproof zips and a Texpel™ Splash Eco water-resistant finish keep the wearer dry while allowing water to bead cleanly off the surface.

The detachable bib and braces provide versatility for changing conditions, while articulated shaping, crotch gusset and a side-elasticated waist enhance comfort through long shifts. The extra-long side leg zips allow the bib and brace to be worn over boots with ease.

Packed with 15 functional pockets, including holster pockets, rule pocket, zipped thigh pocket, side pockets, back pockets and multiple storage options for tools and devices, the DX437 maximises on-site practicality. Lightweight HiVisTex Pro segmented reflective tape ensures visibility without restricting flexibility.
