The Portwest DX402 DX4 Hi-Vis Pirate Pant is a three quarter length version of the popular DX442 trouser, designed for maximum movement, comfort and durability. Made with Portwest’s dynamic four way stretch fabric in a slim fit design, it provides excellent flexibility for active work in warm conditions where full length trousers are not required.

The high rise back waistband with side elastication ensures secure coverage in bending and climbing positions. A stretch crotch gusset reduces stress on seams and improves mobility. Pre bent knee shaping, along with top loading knee pad pockets, allows comfortable knee protection while maintaining a natural fit.

The DX402 includes eighteen functional pockets, making it highly practical for on site tasks. These include zip cargo pockets, reinforced front pockets, side zip pockets, a rule pocket, concealed mobile phone pocket, holster pockets that can be zipped off when not needed, a hammer loop and a D ring for ID or keys. Triple stitched seams throughout enhance durability for long lasting use.

HiVisTex Pro segmented reflective tape maintains visibility without restricting movement. Certified to EN ISO 20471 Class 2 and compliant with RIS 3279 TOM in the orange version, this pirate pant is ideal for rail, construction, utilities and trade roles requiring a cooler alternative to full trousers while retaining storage, durability and high visibility performance.
