North Clearways CB14/EU Browguard Headgear with Elastic Strap

North Clearways CB14/EU Browguard Headgear with Elastic Strap

The CB14/EU is the polyamide headgear from the North Clearways face protection range, held on by a simple elastic strap. Its integral visor fitting takes Clearways replacement visors, which are made in acetate or polycarbonate. The manufacturer quotes the Clearways combination at 160 grams, light enough to wear through the day without fatigue.

Key features

• Polyamide browguard: The headgear is moulded in polyamide for strength and durability.
• Elastic strap: A plain elastic headband holds the browguard in place.
• Integral visor fitting: The visor mount is built into the browguard for extra protection.
• Replaceable visors: Visors can be renewed on their own, which keeps running costs down.

Compatibility

Use with North Clearways visors in acetate or polycarbonate. The polycarbonate visor offers 99% UV protection up to 380nm. Pick the visor material to suit your risk assessment.
