North Airvisor 2 DAVK-0001E Supplied Air Paint Spray Respirator Kit

North Airvisor 2 DAVK-0001E Supplied Air Paint Spray Respirator Kit

The DAVK-0001E is a full North Airvisor 2 kit set up for spray painting. Airvisor 2 is a lightweight, all-in-one supplied-air system developed for environments where a standard powered air unit (PAPR) is not sufficient. The manufacturer designs this kit for professionals using paints that contain isocyanates, or working in confined spray areas, with a steady flow of breathable air delivered to the hood.

Key features

• Acetate visor: A wide acetate visor gives good clarity and a broad field of vision.
• Regulator and hood: Each unit is supplied with an air regulator and a protective hood.
• Carbon filter: An integrated carbon filter helps remove unpleasant odours and paint fumes.
• Spray gun hose: A spray gun air hose and quick-release connectors are included, with a CEJN connection.
• Low pressure whistle: A safety whistle warns the wearer if air pressure drops.
• Head and neck cover: A disposable cover protects exposed skin and supports hygiene.

Typical uses

Professional spray painting, including confined spray areas and paints containing isocyanates, as described by the manufacturer. Selection, air supply and set-up should follow the site's risk assessment.
