The Melba Swintex Road Runner 500 Barrier is a compact, self-weighted traffic and pedestrian management barrier, designed to deliver stability without the need for water, sandbags, or external ballast. Manufactured from heavy-duty HDPE and recycled PVC, it relies on its own weight and structural design to stay securely in place — reducing setup time and maintenance.

At 500mm high, the Road Runner 500 provides an effective physical barrier while keeping sight lines open, making it ideal for event crowd control, construction site zoning, pedestrian flow management, and light vehicle segregation.

Each unit features a moulded tail interlocking system, allowing multiple barriers to be quickly connected in a straight line or around curves, enhancing stability across longer runs. Despite its solid build, integrated forklift lifting points make it simple to transport, deploy, and rearrange as required.
