Howard Leight VeriShield VS140 Headband Ear Defenders

Howard Leight VeriShield VS140 Headband Ear Defenders

The Howard Leight VeriShield VS140 is the standard headband model in the VeriShield family, worn over the head and supplied without Air Flow Control. Rated to EN 352-1:2020, it gives an SNR of 25 dB. Comfort comes from memory foam cushions and a padded headband with fine adjustment.

Key features

• Over-the-head fit: A standard headband design worn across the top of the head.
• Fine adjustment: Micro-adjustments on the padded band give 17% more adjustment range than earlier versions, covering a wide spread of head sizes.
• Soft seal: Memory foam cushions blend denser and softer foam to cut squeezing pressure.
• Lightweight cups: ABS moulded cups use an internal baffle design to keep weight down.
• Built for dirty work: The cup surface resists oil and tolerates frequent cleaning.
• Rating at a glance: The attenuation level is marked on the cup, so the right muff is easy to identify on site.

Typical uses

General industrial noise in manufacturing, agriculture, transport and utilities work. Check the 25 dB SNR against your noise assessment, allowing for the need to hear colleagues and warning signals.
