Howard Leight SmartFit Detectable HL400 Refill Bag 1006230-AM - 400 Pairs
A bulk bag of 400 pairs of SmartFit Detectable reusable ear plugs, listed by the supplier as a refill for the HL400 dispenser system. SmartFit is made from a material that uses body heat to shape itself to the wearer's ear canal, so one plug suits almost every user. The listed SNR is 30 dB.
Key features
- Conforming material: The plug adapts to the surrounding ear canal with body heat, giving each wearer an individual fit.
- One plug for most: A single product fits nearly everyone, which simplifies stock control.
- Stem and flanges: Hold the stem and insert until all flanges are well inside the ear canal.
- Reusable: Wash with mild soap and warm water only. With proper care the plugs can typically be used daily for two to four weeks.
- Detectable version: Confirm the detection method suits your own equipment before issuing.
Typical uses
Bulk issue of reusable ear plugs on sites such as light manufacturing, transport and utilities. Check the bag suits your dispenser, and base selection on the site noise assessment.
