G-Tek 16-8485 PosiGrip-MAX XDK Cut D Knuckle Coated Gloves - Pack of 10

G-Tek 16-8485 PosiGrip-MAX XDK Cut D Knuckle Coated Gloves - Pack of 10

The G-Tek 16-8485 takes its PosiGrip-MAX coating beyond the palm and up to the knuckle, putting more of the hand behind a barrier against oil and wet. Underneath is an 18 gauge HPPE, nylon and spandex liner rated ISO cut level D. It suits users who want more coverage than a palm dip without moving to a fully coated glove.

Key features

• Knuckle-high coating: PosiGrip-MAX runs up to the knuckle instead of stopping at the palm.
• Oil resistance: Near-zero oil permeability keeps hands dry and clean in oily conditions.
• Grip: Holds in dry, wet and oily environments, with up to 40% less force needed than traditional nitrile according to the supplier.
• Cut D liner: A fine seamless knit scoring 4X42D under EN 388.
• Durability: The thumb crotch is reinforced to extend usable life.
• Everyday details: Touchscreen compatible, with a knitted cuff.

Typical uses

Oily or wet handling and assembly work with a cut risk, where some back-of-hand coverage is useful. Choose the cut level against the site's risk assessment.
