The Rock Fall RF604 Canopus VizLite Safety Boot is a high visibility, heavy duty safety boot designed for demanding environments where low light, harsh terrain and extreme conditions are common. Built to the latest EN ISO 20345 standards, this advanced safety boot delivers outstanding protection, durability and visibility for professionals working in construction, mining, utilities, rail and emergency services.

A key feature of the RF604 Canopus is VizLite DT technology, which combines phosphorescent glow in the dark panels with reflective materials to maximise visibility in all lighting conditions. These panels charge in as little as ten to twenty minutes under natural or artificial light and continue to glow for hours without batteries or maintenance, improving wearer safety in dark or poorly lit environments.

The boot is constructed with a water repellent leather upper sourced from Leather Working Group certified tanneries, reinforced with a robust TPU scuff cap and heel counter to protect high impact areas from abrasion. A fibreglass safety toe cap provides impact protection up to two hundred joules, while a penetration resistant midsole protects against sharp underfoot hazards without adding unnecessary weight.

Underfoot comfort is enhanced by the Activ Step bio based footbed, made using seventy three percent natural rubber and a one hundred percent recycled polyester sock liner. This combination delivers excellent shock absorption, reduced fatigue and long lasting comfort during extended shifts. The nitrile rubber outsole offers exceptional grip and durability, with heat resistance up to three hundred degrees and ladder grip for added stability at height.

With a fully waterproof construction, high heat and cold insulation, slip resistance and anti static properties, the RF604 Canopus is engineered for safety critical environments where performance cannot be compromised.
