The Portwest S617 Hi-Vis Baffle Jacket is a lightweight insulated jacket designed to provide comfort, visibility and weather resistance for year round outdoor work. The soft polyester ripstop outer and thermal padding create a warm and flexible layer that is comfortable to wear on its own or under a waterproof shell.
The jacket features PFAS free Texpel Splash Eco water resistant finish which allows water to bead off the surface during light rain and damp conditions. Fully lined and padded construction helps retain body heat, while the elastic bound hem and cuffs provide a close and comfortable fit.
Sewn on reflective tape with a bio motion layout increases visibility by highlighting natural body movement, improving safety on site. Two secure zipped side pockets provide practical storage, and the jacket includes print access for easy custom branding, making it suitable for company uniforms and workwear contracts.
Certified to EN ISO 20471 Class 3 and compliant with RIS 3279 TOM in the orange version, the S617 is suitable for rail, construction, utilities and general outdoor work where visibility and lightweight warmth are essential.
